​Danielle Rowan

​Executive Director & Founder

Danielle is a full time mom to two little girls at home, who were both born prematurely and had extended NICU stays. Danielle took on the mission in 2022 as what started as Little Bellies & Baby Bums outreach and later turned into Little Baby Blessings Foundation. Danielle's passion stems from wanting to  help moms and their children thrive in everyday life without barriers. Danielle later knew that the next big step was to bring her dreams and ideas to something bigger to help more families and parents throughout Central Ohio. 

Danielle serves as our Executive Director & Founder for Little Baby Blessings Foundation. She is also the brains behind all of our wonderful family events. 

Ali Cox

Vice President/ Social Media Manager

Ali is a full time mom to a baby boy with hopes in adding another to their family in the future. She learned about Little Baby Blessings Foundation through a moms Facebook group and jumped at the opportunity to be a part of the mission. With a love for social media, branding and more she is excited to help the foundation by managing and growing its social media presence. 

While Ali is our wonderful Social media manager she also doubles as our Vice President and assisting in our needs in many ways. 

Carrie Stieg

Secretary

Carrie lives in Upper Arlington with her husband and her daughter, as well as her two Labrador retrievers. Carrie before retiring from teaching taught middle school language arts in Dublin and Upper Arlington for 14 years. Carrie started volunteering for Ronald McDonald House in Columbus after she retired from teaching. She has served on the Board of the Parents Association of Columbus Academy for the last 3 years, while being secretary for 2 years and currently serves as Vice-President. She also serves as a University Supervisor for Ashland University where she mentors field students and student teachers for the College of Education. 

Carrie brings so many wonderful attributes to our Foundation, while being passionate about helping children and families, and helping children be successful in their youth. Carrie helps bring many new and exciting ideas to the Foundation. 

Josh Rowan

Treasurer

Josh joined Little Baby Blessings Foundation alongside his wife Danielle. Josh serves as our Treasurer but also works full-time for Nationwide Realty Investors. Josh is also an Military Veteran who served in the Army for 4 years, with deployments to Afghanistan. Josh saw the importance in the mission of Little Baby Blessings Foundation after learning about it from his wife Danielle. He knew that this was something that was important to help families around Central Ohio, and joined our team. 

Courtney Fischer

Board Member/Administrative Assistant

Courtney is a mom to two girls, ages 4 & 7 at home. Courtney learned about Little Baby Blessings Foundation through Danielle and knew it was something she wanted to be a part of and found passion in helping others.  Being apart of an organization that gives back to the community means the most to her, as she stated she was once the mom who needed help from her community to get the things she needed when her and her husband were forced to move states at 37 weeks pregnant and not having a job due to almost having a baby. Courtney finds joy in donating and helping other parents as she knows how it feels to get the help when most needed.
